Mr Sim Sokcheng is a research fellow and head of the Agriculture Unit. He has experiences in quantitative and qualitative research with a focus on agriculture, food security, rural livelihood and rural development, and economic development. He has strong theoretical and empirical analytical skills. Mr. Sim Sokcheng is a Ph.D. candidate and hold a Master’s degree in Economics majoring in development economics from Kobe University, Japan. He is experienced in leading many research projects, including program impact evaluation, policy research projects, particularly research survey with rural farmers.
