Cambodia’s Cassava Post-Production in Regional Value Chain

CDRI’s Agriculture Centre is hosting a Research Seminar on Cambodia’s Cassava Post-Production in Regional Value Chain, to explore the current state of cassava post-production, the challenges faced, and the potential opportunities that lie ahead to enhance value chain of Cambodia’s Cassava in the regional market.
Objectives:
- Presents the preliminary findings of the study on Cambodia’s Cassava in Regional Value Chain
- Gathers and consolidates comments and inputs from the seminar to make improvements for the report of the study.
Expected Outcomes:
- Participants will gain a deeper understanding of Cambodia’s cassava post-production value chain, and its potential for growth and development.
- Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices among stakeholders involved in cassava production, processing, marketing, and trade.
- Explore strategies to improve market access for Cambodian cassava products in regional and international markets
