Shaping Cambodia’s Development Landscape: The Role of Research Evidence for Resilient and Inclusive Economic Development

As part of a regional project on “ -19 : – “, the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI) is pleased to present our Podcast Series Episode 6 on “ ’ : .”
Our host, Ms. Muth Sumontheany, Research Associate of Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI) conversed with Mr Khoun Thear, Socio-Economic Policy Specialist at UNDP Cambodia will discuss the pivotal role of research in Cambodia’s development, as well as the real case studies demonstrating how research has successfully influenced policies in Cambodia. Following that, we will look into the evolution of research practice and discuss the future of research in Cambodia. Lastly, we will explore how to enhance the synergy between research and policymaking.
The podcast is produced by the Centre for Development Economics and Trade (CDET) of the CDRI with financial support from IDRC / CRDI Canada’s International Development Research Centre.
