CDRI Annual Staff Retreat

From 15 to 18 January, CDRI hosted our in Sihanoukville Province, providing an opportunity to enhance team collaboration with CDRI’s strategic vision, mission, and core values for the year ahead, and strengthen team cohesion through various activities.
Through engaging training, team-building activities, and reflective year-end celebrations, we deepened our connections, fostered a culture of collaboration, and reinforced our shared commitment to driving positive change. A heartfelt thank you to our management for allowing this retreat to happen and our organizing committee for making it a truly meaningful experience.
