Dr. Jean Lebel President of IDRC extends congratulations to CDRI on its 30th Anniversary and to its new Executive Director. IDRC has been partnering with CDRI on several key programs, for instance, on climate change and water governance, regional research networking and so on. IDRC is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2020, and will launch its a new strategic plan in support of research for development, the Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2030.
CDRI looks forward to continuing working more closely with IDRC.

On May 16th, the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI) and the Prek Leap National Institute of Agriculture (NIA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to improve and strengthen collaboration with a focus on Agriculture, Environment, and Rural Development in Cambodia. CDRI researchers engaged with the Australian thinktanks to explore strategies for research communication and discussed potential collaborations with the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership. Researcher from CDRI’s Agriculture Centre participated in a field visit organised by HE Dr Chan Saruth, Deputy Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
