HOEUR Soktheareak
Former Associated Research Assistant
Soktheareak is a senior undergraduate majoring in International Relations at the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL), Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). Before joining CDRI, he was a project management intern at the DIS Project Management Team. Besides that, he actively involves with local and international youth organizations and conferences relating to youth empowerment, education, regional and international affairs, and more. His research interests are public policy, and social innovation for agricultural and rural development.
