By accessing and using CDRI-Online, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. CDRI-Online is an information reference service of the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI).

1. General

a) By using CDRI-Online, you are indicating that:

i) you have read and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions listed here; and

ii) by accessing CDRI-Online you are not in breach or violation of any law in your jurisdiction.

b) CDRI may change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will appear in this document, and your use of CDRI-Online after changes have been made will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use. You should therefore read the Terms of Use before you begin using CDRI-Online and each time you access CDRI-Online.

2. Copyright and Limitations on Use

a) All the content available on CDRI-Online is the property of CDRI and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content received through CDRI-Online may be displayed, reformatted, and printed only for your personal, non-commercial use. By accessing CDRI-Online you agree not to reproduce, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish or broadcast the content received through CDRI-Online to anyone without written permission from CDRI.

b) You may not post content from CDRI-Online to newsgroups, mail lists, bulletin boards or websites without written permission from CDRI.

c) Permission to reproduce content from CDRI-Online can be requested from the Publications Programme at CDRI.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

a) Due to the nature of electronic distribution, there may be omissions or inaccuracies in CDRI-Online and its content. CDRI-Online and its content are provided "as is" with no warranties. CDRI cannot and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content available through CDRI-Online, and hereby disclaims any such express or implied warranties. CDRI shall not be liable to you or anyone else for loss or injury caused in whole or part by its acts or omissions in compiling and delivering CDRI-Online and its content. In no event will CDRI be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on CDRI-Online or its content.

b) Although CDRI takes all reasonable steps to prevent the introduction of viruses, worms, "trojan horses" or other destructive material to CDRI-Online, CDRI does not guarantee or warrant that CDRI-Online or content that may be downloaded from or obtained through CDRI-Online does not contain any such destructive material, and CDRI will not be liable for any damage attributable to such material. In accessing the content available on or through CDRI-Online, you agree to do so solely at your own risk and will take your own adequate precautions to protect against damage from such destructive material.

4. Links to Other Sites

a) CDRI-Online contains hyperlinks to websites operated by persons other than CDRI. Such links are provided for your reference and convenience only. By using CDRI-Online you agree not to hold CDRI responsible for the content or operation of such websites. A link from CDRI-Online to another website does not imply that CDRI endorses the content on that website. You are solely responsible for determining the extent to which you may use any content at any other websites to which you might link from CDRI-Online.

5. Linking to CDRI-Online

a) CDRI will allow you to include a hyperlink to CDRI-Online from your website on the following terms:
i) You will not publish or distribute any announcements, press releases, advertising, marketing, promotional or other materials that use the name Cambodia Development Resource Institute, CDRI, or Cambodia Development Review, without written permission from CDRI.

ii) You acknowledge and agree that CDRI owns all intellectual property in CDRI-Online and all content contained therein, and nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as a licence to CDRI's intellectual property.

iii) Any person linking to CDRI-Online through your website shall be bound by these Terms of Use.

iv) CDRI has the right to terminate the hyperlink to CDRI-Online included on your website at any time and for any reason. If you receive notice from CDRI demanding your termination of the link, you agree to terminate the link within five days of your receipt of notice and to refrain from including a link on your website to CDRI-Online.

6. Additional Legal Terms

a) The laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia shall govern these Terms of Use and your rights and obligations.

b) All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved. These Terms of Use are the entire and final agreement regarding CDRI-Online and its content, and supersede any prior communication between CDRI and you regarding CDRI-Online.
