Throughout his career, Sokun has demonstrated a solid commitment to excellence, leadership, and driving impactful change within the organisation. Sokun holds the prestigious Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from ICMA Australia, which he obtained in 2016. In addition, he has a Master of Auditing earned in 2009 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2003, showcasing his dedication to continuous learning and professional development. With over 15 years of experience in managerial roles, Sokun has honed his skills in Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Grants and Budget Management, Policies Development, and Supervisory and Leadership. Currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director at Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI), Sokun oversees the Finance, Human Resources and Operations, and Communication and Impact functions.
