Sok Huoch is Policy and Impact Manager at CDRI, bringing over a decade of experience in the education, non-profit, and social enterprise sectors.

Prior to joining CDRI, he served as Career Development Specialist at ELIX | USAID Digital Workforce Development, where he led initiatives to establish five university career centers across Cambodia and fostered partnerships between higher education institutions and the private sector. He also managed a multi-million EU-funded project as GREEN Project Manager at Save the Children Cambodia, leading a consortium of six implementing partners including international and local organizations.

Sok Huoch has held senior leadership roles in several organizations, including Head of Leadership Development and Support at Teach For Cambodia, Program Manager at Skateistan Cambodia, and HR Business Partner at WaterSHED Ventures. His expertise spans strategic program management, adult learning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and strategic partnership establishment and engagement.

He holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Administration and Management from the University of Hong Kong under the Civil Society Leadership Awards.
