Research Assistant – Fieldwork Coordination

Mr. Mao Sosengphyrun is currently a Research Assistant in Fieldwork Coordination at the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI). Phyrun holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Norton University (NU).

Before joining CDRI, he gained extensive experience in fieldwork coordination and data collection with various NGOs and private institutions, including PSI-Cambodia, URC-Cambodia, BBC Media Action, Room to Read Cambodia, CAVAC-II, Open Institute, RUPP, EMC, BN Consult, and several microfinance institutions. He possesses strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative data collection and is enthusiastic about working with people from diverse cultures and collaborating with local authorities.

Additionally, he has 2 years of experience working in the newsroom of the Phnom Penh Post Newspaper.
