He holds a double Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration from the American University of Phnom Penh and International Studies from the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from the Ohio University. His research interests and humble experiences center around development economics, agricultural economics, political economy, and social policy.
