Sotheara is a senior student majoring in International Relations at the Department of International Studies, Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh. Before joining CDRI, he was an intern at VOHAR-Strategic Sight Center. He is also a member of a volunteer youth organization known as AYAN Cambodia. His research interests focus on ASEAN and Asia Pacific Security, Small States Diplomacy, and Educational Development.
