NOB Sreynich is an intern at the Centre for Policy Research in Agriculture and Rural Development (CPARD) under the CDRI Cohort Internship Programme. She is currently a data Science student at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC), where she is developing expertise in data analysis, statistics, programming, and data-driven decision-making. She also holds a Bachelor of Education in English from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL), where she gained a strong foundation in English language proficiency, teaching methodology, and educational practice, further strengthening her communication, research, and analytical skills.

Additionally, her academic and professional interests include data analytics , evidence-based policymaking, and the application of data science and technology to address social and development challenges. Through her internship at CDRI, she aims to strengthen her research skills, gain practical experience in policy-oriented research, and contribute to evidence-based initiatives that support sustainable development in Cambodia.
