Chim Srey Lacklicta is a fresh graduate from the Institute of Public Policy and International Studies, majoring in International Relations. Her research interests are mainly based on philosophy and ideology, but she is looking forward to expanding her interests in public policy through working in the field of agriculture and rural development.
